Carried On reflects on cultural continuity despite loss. Inspired by temple shrines whose central figures have been removed or destroyed, the work presents a transparent structure with an open core. The empty space acknowledges histories of erasure while suggesting that cultures persist and transform even when parts of their past are missing.
